Join us for an exciting Saturday session designed specifically for intermediate young cyclists aged 10-16 years old. The event kicks off at 11am and runs until 1pm, offering two hours of fun and challenging bike riding activities tailored to this age group. During the first hour, participants can expect a dynamic and energetic ride that will push their cycling skills while ensuring they have plenty of space to explore and improve. A brief break around noon allows everyone to rest, hydrate, and refuel with snacks before heading back out for more adventures on two wheels. While this session is primarily aimed at intermediate riders, younger cyclists are welcome too—provided their skill level meets the requirements. We recommend contacting us beforehand if you're unsure about your child's eligibility or preparation level. Registration can be done either online in advance to secure a spot or simply by showing up and paying on the day of the event. Online bookings close at 10pm on Fridays, allowing our team to prepare for the upcoming session with accurate participant lists. If your child is already a member of HHYCC (Hillside High Youth Cycling Club), they will receive a £2 discount when booking through this platform. Be sure to use their name during registration and not yours. Our club relies heavily on volunteer support, so if you're interested in contributing as part of our register team, bike maintenance crew, or coaching staff, please let us know. We operate these roles on a rotating schedule based on availability and interest. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to enhance your cycling skills in a supportive environment filled with like-minded peers and experienced mentors. See you there! Join the vibrant community of young cyclists at Hillside High Youth Cycling Club for an engaging Saturday session that promises fun, learning, and growth in the world of competitive biking.

About Southwark
Learn more about the host city, Southwark.
Southwark is a district of Central London situated on the south bank of the River Thames, forming the north-western part of the wider modern London Borough of Southwark. The district, which is the oldest part of South London, developed due to its position at the southern end of the early versions of London Bridge, for centuries the only dry crossing on the river. Around 43 AD, engineers of the Roman Empire found the geographic features of the south bank here suitable for the placement and construction of the first bridge.
