Join us for an exciting Saturday session designed specifically for intermediate riders aged 10-16 years old. The event kicks off at 11am and runs until 1pm, offering young cyclists the opportunity to improve their skills in a supportive environment. While primarily geared towards those with some cycling experience, younger or less experienced riders are also welcome; however, we kindly ask that you reach out beforehand to ensure they meet our standards for participation. The morning session is packed with energy and excitement as participants engage in various drills and activities tailored to enhance their abilities on the bike. A brief break around noon allows everyone a moment to rest and refuel before diving back into the action. We encourage all attendees to bring along some water and snacks to keep up their stamina throughout the day. Registration is straightforward, with both online booking available for those who prefer planning ahead and walk-in options for spontaneous participants. Online bookings close at 10pm on Fridays so that we can prepare our lists in advance. For convenience, please use your child's name during registration rather than yours to ensure accurate record-keeping. Members of the HHYCC club enjoy a special discount of £2 off their booking fees as part of our appreciation for continued support and involvement within our community. Additionally, if you're interested in contributing to our club through volunteer work, we have opportunities available across several teams including registration assistance, bike maintenance, and coaching roles. All positions operate on a rotating schedule to accommodate various schedules. This event promises not only skill development but also the chance for young cyclists to connect with peers who share their passion for cycling in an engaging and positive setting. Join us this November 21st at our designated venue for what is sure to be an enriching day of learning, fun, and community spirit.

About Southwark
Learn more about the host city, Southwark.
Southwark is a district of Central London situated on the south bank of the River Thames, forming the north-western part of the wider modern London Borough of Southwark. The district, which is the oldest part of South London, developed due to its position at the southern end of the early versions of London Bridge, for centuries the only dry crossing on the river. Around 43 AD, engineers of the Roman Empire found the geographic features of the south bank here suitable for the placement and construction of the first bridge.
