Join us for an exciting Saturday cycling session designed specifically for intermediate riders aged 10-16 years old. Younger cyclists are also welcome, but we kindly ask that their skill level be confirmed prior to attendance to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. The event kicks off at 11am and continues until 1pm, offering participants two hours of energetic cycling followed by a brief break around noon for refreshments. Bring along your favorite drink and snack to keep energy levels high throughout the session. Registration is flexible; you can either book online in advance or simply drop by on the day with payment ready. Online bookings close at 10pm on Friday nights, allowing us to prepare detailed lists for the following Saturday's activities. When booking, please use your child’s name rather than yours to avoid any confusion. Members of HHYCC enjoy a special discount of £2 off their registration fee, making it even more affordable and rewarding to be part of our community. Our club runs smoothly thanks to its dedicated volunteer team. If you're interested in contributing to the register management, bike maintenance, or coaching roles, we would love to hear from you. Southwark is a district of Central London situated on the south bank of the River Thames, forming the north-western part of the wider modern London Borough of Southwark. The district, which is the oldest part of South London, developed due to its position at the southern end of the early versions of London Bridge, for centuries the only dry crossing on the river. Around 43 AD, engineers of the Roman Empire found the geographic features of the south bank here suitable for the placement and construction of the first bridge.
