Welcome to the Lichterlauf Tangermünde, an enchanting evening race taking place on Friday, August 21, 2026. This unique event invites runners and their supporters to enjoy a captivating blend of sport and community spirit against the backdrop of Tangermünde's charming setting.
The highlight of the night is the start at 7:30 PM with two distinct race categories – a challenging 10 km run through scenic routes, and a more relaxed 5 km option for those looking to enjoy the atmosphere without pushing their limits. Participants can also join in on the fun with the 10 km Vita Amare Team Relay, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among friends or colleagues.
The evening continues until late into the night, culminating in live music performances by DIESE TYPEN from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This energetic concert takes place right at the start/finish area, offering runners a chance to unwind and celebrate their achievements with fellow racers.
