About the Event

Teams pass the sash over public roads around the Iida General Sports Ground, which serves as the start, relay point and finish. The general division (five legs) brings back the company-versus-company and Student No.1 classes by popular demand. A women's division (four legs) has been added at runners' request, and an elementary school division (four legs) lets classmates and club teammates share a single sash. Each team may register up to two substitutes, and an adult team representative must submit the entry.
