18th Mountain Road Race "Arma Parnitha"

On October 25, 2026, runners are invited to participate in the 18th edition of "Arma Parnithas," organized by EPOS Fylis. This annual mountain road race celebrates the enduring beauty and resilience of West Parnitha's forested landscape, which was spared from a devastating fire just two years ago.
The event offers runners two distinct routes to choose from: a shorter 11-kilometer course that caters to newcomers with an elevation gain of approximately 300 meters through the lush forests of West Parnitha. This scenic route provides a gentle introduction to mountain running, winding along forest trails and revealing hidden gems within the natural landscape.
For those seeking a more challenging experience, the Mountain Half Marathon covers a distance of 21.9 kilometers with nearly 970 meters of elevation gain. The longer course takes runners through areas renowned for their stunning natural beauty, including the iconic "Arma" slope which lends its name to the race.
