RACE DAY INFORMATION
Packet Pick Up:
Saturday, December 13 from 11am-2pm
Road Runner Sports in Lone Tree
8457 S. Yosemite St, Lone Tree, CO 80124
*Team Captains – if you or a representative of your team is coming to Packet Pick Up, we ask that you pick up all swag for your entire team. Please make sure all your team members know that their swag (bib, bells, and t-shirt) will be picked up and distributed to them by their Team Captains. Finisher medals will be picked up at the finish line.
Large Teams (5+ participants) – Your swag (bib, bells and t-shirts) will be bagged/boxed together for your entire team, whether you pick up at Packet Pickup or on day of registration. If you do NOT want us to bag/box your team items together, please let us know ASAP and we will not group your team items together.

Parking
Parking is available at South High School parking lot (1700 E. Louisiana Avenue) and the streets around Washington Park on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not block resident driveways or intersections, and obey all posted parking signs, or your car may be ticketed or towed!

General Information:
· All pre-registered participants will receive a 2025 t-shirt and finisher’s medal. **While supplies last; t-shirt availability is dependent on a combination of your registration date and when you pick up your packet**
· Everyone is encouraged to pick up packets early on Saturday to avoid waiting in line on the day-of the event.
· Be sure to visit the expo featuring complimentary access to the Kids Zone, Beer Garden and Pancake Breakfast!
· Online fundraising for this year’s event continues through 12/31/2025.
What you can do to prepare:
· Get your reindeer antlers, festive attire and running shoes ready!
· Bring your ID if you are 21+ and plan to participate in the Beer Garden.
· Send a final text or email to family and friends this week! Give them an update on your fundraising progress and another chance to support you!
