Registration includes three nights of camping, access to the venue’s facilities including showers and restrooms, along with trail privileges that will test even the most seasoned cyclists. An expansive Expo area awaits, featuring the latest in bike technology, skill clinics, group rides, live entertainment, shuttles, and kid-friendly activities. Event Categories:
- One Weekend Event Pass with Onsite RV Camping: $160 (limit 50)
This includes a pass for the driver and camping access at the Airstrip or main camp area. Additional attendees staying in the RV must purchase this pass.
- One Weekend Event Pass and Onsite Camping: $110 (limit 600)
Includes a weekend event pass with primitive camping options, parking is included.
- One Weekend Event Pass Only (camping off-site): $90 (limit 100)
This option includes the event pass without camping access. Parking at the venue is provided.
- One-Day Event Pass: $75 (choose Friday or Saturday)
Valid for a single day of the event, no camping included.
Event T-shirts can be purchased during registration for an additional fee of $15. Early bird registrations before June 28 are encouraged to guarantee shirt availability.
Camping is on a first-come, first-served basis with early arrivals recommended Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Noise generators must adhere to specific guidelines and campfires require cautionary measures. Fires will be allowed in designated metal-bottom fire bowls or chimineas only.
For those preferring off-site accommodations, options like Beaver Creek Village, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hazelton/Bruceton Mills, Quality Inn at Deep Creek Lake, Blue Moon Rising Cabins on Deep Creek Lake, and local short-term rentals are available. Alternatively, Morgantown is a 30-minute drive with various hotel choices.
