2026 Heart Run

The 2026 Heart Run is a heartfelt initiative aimed at supporting children with visual impairments through the power of running. Held on October 10, 2026, this inspiring event takes place at Picnic Plaza within Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The run not only celebrates the spirit and resilience of these young participants but also raises funds for their treatment and learning opportunities.
The Heart-Heart Foundation is dedicated to safeguarding children's eyesight and fostering an inclusive environment where visually impaired children can explore the world through reading and various activities. This event offers both in-person races and a virtual run, providing flexibility for all interested runners regardless of location or schedule constraints.
Participants have two official race distances available: 10 kilometers and 5 kilometers, with start times at 10:00 AM on October 10th. Additionally, the virtual run option includes 10 km, 5 km, and a shorter 2.5 km route that can be completed anywhere in South Korea from October 1 to October 31.
Registration for both races is open until all spots are filled, with an entry fee of 50,000 KRW for the official race and 40,000 KRW for the virtual run. Each participant will receive a commemorative T-shirt, bib number, finisher medal, sticker, sunscreen, and energy drink to ensure they have everything needed to enjoy their running experience.
