International Women's Day Run

The International Women’s Day Run will take place on March 7th at Overpeck County Park in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. The course begins at Overpeck County Park’s main entrance on Fort Lee Road, offering participants a firm yet slightly soft surface underfoot as they navigate through the park's tranquil landscapes. The route features several gentle inclines and descents, with key points of interest along the way that add to the overall charm. As runners approach the finish line, they will pass by Overpeck Lake, providing a picturesque backdrop for celebratory photos.
The start/finish area is located at 40 Fort Lee Road, Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, where participants can enjoy amenities like restrooms and water stations. The elevation gain is minimal but steady, with a few small climbs that add to the challenge without being overly taxing. Special features include an aid station offering sweet treats for all finishers, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.
