2026 Rotary Club of Los Gatos Great Race

Experience the 48th Annual Great Race hosted by the Rotary Club of Los Gatos on Saturday, September 26, 2026. This scenic race takes runners through Vasona and Oak Meadow Parks, offering a unique journey along trails that many park visitors rarely explore. The course is meticulously certified by USATF, ensuring an accurate distance of either 4 miles or the shorter yet enjoyable 2-mile route.
Race day kicks off at 8:00am with a fun-filled Kids Fun Run for those aged under 13, providing young athletes their first taste of competitive running. At 8:30am sharp, participants will set out on the main event through lush greenery and picturesque landscapes designed to challenge runners while offering stunning natural beauty.
Safety is paramount in this well-monitored race with aid stations strategically placed along the route to provide water and support for all competitors. The event concludes at a central finish line near Gateway Pavilion where racers can enjoy post-race festivities including the Fun and Fitness Fair, featuring activities and games suitable for participants of all ages.
For those who have not yet picked up their bibs, race day registration is available starting from 7:30am at Will Call in the pavilion area. The event wouldn't be possible without generous support from sponsors dedicated to making this community tradition a success year after year.
