2026 Salt South Fragrant Mountain Trail Training Race (2026 Salt南香山越野训练赛)

Scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026, the Salt Nanxiangshan Trail Training Race invites runners to explore the scenic trails of Nanxiangshan Forest Park near Yongning Street in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. This challenging course spans a distance of 16.1 kilometers with an elevation gain totaling 813 meters. Participants will experience the unique terrain and rewarding views that make this event part of the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) series.
The race starts at 8:00 AM sharp, offering runners ample time to tackle the varied landscape before the cutoff time of 3:30 PM. This autumn edition promises a cooler climate compared to earlier months, with drier air and clearer skies enhancing every step along the well-trodden paths through lush forests.
