COFFEE MILK RUNING FESTIVAL

Where: Quonset Point, North Kingstown, RI

Start time:  THE 5K AND HALF MARATHON WILL START AT 8AM. THE 10K WILL START  AT 8:10AM

Date: 4-11-2027

Parking: Parking is at the Quonset O Club located at 200 LT. James Brown Street. You can also park on both sides of the street on LT. James Brown Street. Additional parking is at 93 Cripe St, but there are limited spaces available at this location.  just follow the parking signs. Your best bet is to park directly at the Quonset O Club WE WILL HAVE A SECTION OF THE QUONSET O CLUB ROPED OFF, THIS SECTION IS FOR THE QUONSET O EMPLOYEES, DO NOT PARK IN THAT SECTION OR YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED

Starting line location: The starting line is about 200 yards after the Quonset Development (95 Cripe street) office heading towards Conway street

Getting on the Base: The event is on an old Naval Base, you will NOT need your ID to get on the base.

Awards: Everyone will get a finishers medal in all 3 races.

Half marathon: Overall Male/ Female will get a trophy and the top 3 in each age group will receive an award.

5k: Overall Male / Female will get a trophy. No age group awards, everyone will get a medal.

10k:Overall Male / Female will get a trophy. No age group awards, everyone will get a medal.

Packet Pick up Times: Saturday April 10, 2027 at the seekonk ymca in seekonk,ma from 8am-10am and 

 Race day morning only at 95 Cripe St, North Kingstown , RI from 6:30- 7:45AM

Potra Potty:  located at packet pick up at 95 Cripe St. There will be 2 on the course as well. Please note, there will be 8 porta potties at the start line, if you're one that needs to go several times prior to the event, I suggest you get there early...

About the courses; All 3 courses are pretty much flat and fast. There might be a couple of slight rolling hills 

Yes you can pick up a friend's race packet.

Because of Covid, not all waterstops will have a volunteer, some will grab and go. This is the deal we made with the town in order to have this event

Water stops half marathon-There are  7 water stations 

Water stops 5k: There is a water stop at mile 1.5

Side notes: When you finish the race, you will be able to go to the timing guy and he will print out your receipt with your race, time and if you won an award. If you win an award, simply bring the receipt to the awards table and they will give you your award. No waiting for results...

I will be in the lead car, which will be a U-Haul.  So if you see a U-Haul pulling on the side of you, it will be me checking on you to make sure you are doing ok.

Ways to make it through the course. There will be arrows throughout the course on all 3 routes. Just follow the arrows. There will be cones throughout the course, just follow the cones.There will be volunteers on the course, just follow their direction.

Mile markers and arrows: All mile markers and arrows will have my personal cell number on them. If you need help on the course and you're near a mile marker or arrow, feel free to call me and I will be there to help you. 401-688-5779. now you have it before you run.

Water stop location. The majority of water stops are every 2 miles, some less.

Shirts: You will receive the t-shirt that you ordered online. If you want to switch a size, you will have to do so after the event. If there are extra shirts you are more than welcome to switch. See carol at the finish line.

Food: After the race, there will be :  Pizza, Banana's, Cookies, Chips, Pretzels 

Trash: Please use the trash containers. This base is very clean, and we would like to keep it this way. So please help us to keep it clean by using the trash containers.

Walkers: Half marathon only: walkers will be able to start one hour earlier. 7am. If you intend to walk, please meet me at 6:50 at the packet pick up table.

TIME LIMIT:  IS A 4 HOUR TIME LIMIT

Pacers- sorry there are no pacers for this event

Lockers- Sorry there are no lockers at this event, your can will be close by

There is no refund policy, if you choose to transfer into another event there is a 15.00 transfer fee and the difference in price from the event you're doing and the one you want to transfer into. If you want to transfer your bib to another runner, there is a 15.00 transfer fee.
