2027 Life Time Kid's Run Miami Field Day

Join us on November 8, 2026, for the Life Time Coral Gables Kids Run Miami Field Day, an exciting community event designed to prepare young runners and their families for the upcoming race season. Held at the vibrant Life Time Coral Gables facility, this morning of fun includes instructor-led running drills, agility stations, relay races, and a short community run.
Children will build confidence while having fun on the field with activities tailored specifically for their age group. Parents are welcome to participate alongside their kids or cheer them from the sidelines as everyone enjoys an engaging day filled with movement and camaraderie.
After the training session concludes at 9:30 AM, families can stay around to enjoy additional family-friendly activities including sponsor activations, refreshments, recovery experiences, and opportunities to connect with other participants. Whether your child is a first-time runner or already excited for race day, this event provides an unforgettable experience that fosters growth and creates lasting memories.
Check-in begins at 7:45 AM so be sure to arrive early to secure your spot in the courtyard of Life Time Coral Gables, where we will kick off our journey towards Kids Run Miami 2027. Don't forget to bring a reusable water bottle for hydration during the event.
