Course & Conditions
The terrain for this year's race is firm yet slightly soft, making it an invigorating challenge on a 3.1-mile route through Sea Colony. The surface is smooth asphalt with some mild undulations, ensuring a steady pace without any steep climbs. The course layout includes several features such as a start/finish area at the Sea Colony Fitness Center and multiple aid stations along the way to keep you well-fueled throughout your run.
Start/Finish: The race begins and ends at the Sea Colony Fitness Center located at 38994 Westway Dr., Bethany Beach, Delaware. Alongside the main route are two elevation changes of minimal impact—slight declines in some sections followed by gentle ascents to keep you engaged without exhausting yourself.
Aid Stations: Runners can expect water and Gatorade stations every mile or so along the course, providing essential hydration points for those who need it. The last aid station is located just before the finish line, ensuring no one goes thirsty during their run.

Pre-register by Saturday, November 28th at midnight for the reduced fee of $30. Race day registration will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., with an additional cost of $35.
Bib pickup details can be found on the event website or via email confirmation after registration. T-shirts are guaranteed if entry is received by November 16th, first come, first served for those arriving later.
