Wrap up the year with a winter tradition! Join us for the 23rd Annual Frostbite 5K/10K ❄️, benefiting the Sumner County Family YMCA, on Saturday, December 19 at the Sumner County Family YMCA.

Join us for a certified, chip-timed 5K or 10K, or take part in our Family 1 Mile Run/Walk. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome, and the course is stroller- and pet-friendly.

With approximately 500 participants each year, Frostbite is a favorite winter tradition supporting the YMCA’s mission to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility

Family 1 Mile Run/Walk: 8:30 AM
10K: 8:45 AM
5K: 9:00 AM

Packet Pickup

Early packet pickup: December 18, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the Sumner County Family YMCA.
Race morning packet pickup: December 19, starting at 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM at the Sumner County Family YMCA

All participants receive a race t-shirt and finisher medal.

Registration Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event will be held rain or shine.
