About the Event

The HappE Teams Challenge is set to electrify this year's racing calendar, introducing an exciting and innovative twist for 2026. This unique competition invites teams of four to six members, each with their own role to play as part of the race.
Each team will feature one ebike racer who must remain consistent throughout the duration of the event, ensuring a seamless transition between land and electric power. Only unmodified Class 1 ebikes are permitted in this thrilling contest, adding an extra layer of strategy for teams to consider during their preparation.
The racing format is designed to be both challenging and fair. Teams can expect up to four laps on the ebike within a 12-hour period, while those venturing into the longer duration will have no more than seven ebike laps over the course of 24 hours. It's important to note that the ebikes are not allowed to start the race; this ensures a smooth and competitive flow from beginning to end.
This event promises an exhilarating experience for all participants, blending traditional running with cutting-edge technology in a way that will captivate both seasoned athletes and newcomers alike. The unique setup of teams working together alongside their electric counterparts is set to create memorable moments on the track.
