Immerse yourself in the heart of a charming village during its annual festival with this unique race that captures the essence of local life and community spirit. Starting from the town hall, runners will head towards the residential area behind the community center via the scenic park path. The route then takes you through a well-known rural road affectionately called "labattoir" by locals before looping back to the village after a lap around the football field.
The course offers approximately two-thirds of picturesque countryside roads and one-third of winding paths, providing runners with an intimate look at the region's natural beauty. As participants make their way through the race three times, they will pass through the bustling heart of the festival where you can enjoy fairground attractions, refreshments from local vendors, a café, bar, grocery store, and tobacco shop.
This rural setting offers a picturesque backdrop for runners to experience the vibrant atmosphere of a traditional French village celebration. Post-race festivities include a raffle draw with prizes on offer. Douching facilities are available after crossing the finish line. Participants can bring their own pushchairs (PPS) upon signing an exemption form at registration, and it is recommended that all runners have a medical certificate.
The race welcomes participants aged 16 and over, including minors who must provide parental consent for entry. Dive into this quaint village event where running meets community in perfect harmony.
