About the Event

This relaxed group run circles the Imperial Palace in Chiyoda, Tokyo, starting near the clock tower inside Sakuradamon. The 30K division covers six laps of the loop, roughly 30 km in total.
The organizers describe the atmosphere as extremely easy-going, welcoming everyone from beginners to serious runners, with walk-up entries accepted on the day. Runners may change distance mid-run, shortening it if they need to or adding more if they feel good. The one request is not to give up and head home partway, which the organizers say happens when runners hop on a train from Takebashi.
