3ª CORRIDA DA VIRADA MATINHOS PR

On December 31, 2026, the vibrant coastal city of Matinhos/PR hosts the 3rd Corrida da Virada Matinhos PR. This annual race is organized and coordinated by Triativa Eventos with support from the local government. Participants can choose between a scenic 5km run or walk along Av. Atlântica in Balneário Riviera, or challenge themselves on the more demanding 10km route.
The event kicks off at 6:30 AM, offering early morning runners and walkers stunning ocean views as they navigate through Matinhos's picturesque coastline. For those with younger family members, there’s also a dedicated Kids race starting at 7:50 AM, ensuring the whole family can enjoy this festive day together.
Race organizers ensure hydration stations are strategically placed throughout both courses to keep participants refreshed during their run or walk. The atmosphere is lively and supportive, making it an ideal setting for runners of all abilities looking to ring in the New Year with a healthy start.
Registration categories include 5km runs/walks (open to men and women) as well as competitive 10km races for both genders. Participants can look forward to picking up their race kits from designated locations on December 29th and 30th, setting them up perfectly for the big day ahead.
With its blend of scenic beauty, community spirit, and festive energy, this event promises an unforgettable experience for all who participate.
