3rd Annual Seahawks 5k Run

On the morning of Saturday, August 8th, runners will converge on Sunlake High School for the third installment of this beloved 5k Cross Country race. The event takes place amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant community spirit of Land O Lakes, a city in Pasco County, Florida. Participants can anticipate an exhilarating journey through a course that combines grassy fields with smooth roadways, culminating in a sprint along the stadium track for the final quarter mile.

The start location is at 3023 Sunlake Blvd., with age requirements ranging from high school to college runners. First-timers are welcome; however, if you're bringing a team of up to ten members, registration will cost $100 (no t-shirts provided), and each additional runner beyond the first ten incurs an extra charge of $10 per person.
In 2026, this event introduces chip timing for enhanced accuracy in race results. Don't forget your running shoes! We welcome donations to support our team's needs for uniforms, travel expenses, and training equipment, including high-quality racing footwear.
