Runners will traverse the modified Shadyside trails backwards, starting from the Activity Center off Alexandria Pike where the race begins. Key features include two loop options: 2.6-mile loops for those looking to cover more distance or 1.5-mile loops for shorter sessions.
At the start/finish, runners will find themselves at the Shadyside Activity Center where the race setup provides a base of operations. Bibs will be available for pickup at the Shadyside Activity Center on race day from 8 am onwards. Bring your own tent and chairs if you plan to stay overnight near the starting area; we'll set up in the grassy field adjacent to the parking lot where our volunteers will have a tent setup with food, water, and Gatorade available.
