On November 8, 2026, the vibrant Parque CERET in São Paulo will host the fourth edition of the SBD Blue Diabetes Run and Walk. This year's theme, "Act Early – Care Changes the Future," invites families to participate in a morning dedicated to health awareness and physical activity. Participants can choose between a 5 km run or a more leisurely 2.5 km walk through the park’s scenic pathways. Beyond the races, attendees will have access to multidisciplinary health screenings from 8 AM to 11 AM, including anthropometric assessments, nutrition guidance, foot care for people with diabetes, and eye exams via retinography. These services aim to identify risk factors early on and promote preventive measures against type 2 diabetes. The event promises a family-friendly atmosphere where everyone can learn about healthy living while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Parque CERET in Tatuapé. Whether you’re running or walking, this is an opportunity to take your first step towards better health and quality of life for all ages. Join friends and loved ones at Rua Canuto Abreu, s/n – Jardim Anália Franco, São Paulo/SP, as the community comes together in support of diabetes awareness and prevention.
