Bühlertal is set to celebrate its grand jubilee with the 5th edition of PANAROMAGRAVEL Bühlertal, an exhilarating gravel cycling race that will take place on February 1, 2026. This year's event marks a special milestone as it welcomes up to 725 participants and introduces four new routes for riders to explore. The registration process opens strictly online from February 1st, with no late sign-ups allowed at the venue. Cyclists of all skill levels are invited to join this challenging yet rewarding journey through the scenic countryside around Bühlertal, a picturesque town in Baden-Württemberg. The event is organized by Radsportverein Falkenfels e.V., ensuring a well-structured and safe environment for participants. The race routes cater to various cycling disciplines including gravel, cyclo-cross, mountain biking, and road cycling but strictly adhere to the rule that electric bikes are not permitted. Participants can expect an adventure through diverse terrains, from winding forest trails to open fields, offering both technical challenges and breathtaking views of the region's natural beauty. Support services along the way include well-marked routes with clear signage and GPS tracks for easy navigation, as well as fully stocked refreshment stations where riders will be treated to hearty local cuisine and beverages. In addition, mechanics are on hand at these stops should any mechanical issues arise during the race. A baggage drop-off area near both start and finish lines provides a convenient spot for storing personal items. For those traveling from afar, ample parking is available in Bühlertal itself or nearby locations such as Haus des Gastes (Hauptstraße 94), Schwimmbad, Robert Bosch Werk, and Scheck-in Center. Cyclists are reminded to adhere strictly to traffic regulations throughout the event; this includes following local road signs indicating potential hazards and using designated cycle paths when available. Participants must wear helmets at all times during the race and display their assigned number plates on both handlebars for identification purposes. The organizers reserve the right to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional activities, though participants may opt out of this by sending an email request to rainer.mueller@rsv-falkenfels.de. It is important that all riders understand they participate at their own risk and are covered under ARAG insurance. The race organizers do not accept liability beyond what is stipulated in the terms and conditions provided upon registration. Should adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances force cancellation, refunds for entry fees will not be issued; however, cancellations made up to 10 days before the event may receive a partial refund after an administrative fee of €10. Join PANAROMAGRAVEL Bühlertal and experience one of Germany’s most scenic cycling events while commemorating this historic year in the town's rich racing tradition.
