Welcome to the 5th Annual Panorama-Run Bad Laasphe, part of the Rothaar-Laufen series for 2026. This year’s edition promises an exciting weekend of running events from August 28 through August 29 in Bad Laasphe. The event kicks off on August 28 with a special night race at 9 PM featuring a challenging 12-hour solo run and team relay options for pairs and trios, offering participants the unique opportunity to test their endurance under moonlit skies. The following day, August 29, is packed with races tailored specifically for younger runners, including a 2-kilometer dash for school-aged children born between 2010-2016 at 11 AM and an adorable Bambinilauf race for the youngest participants aged 8 years and under starting at 11:40 AM. For older competitors, there’s also a competitive team relay event with schools competing to be named "the Fastest School in Wittgenstein" over two distances. The first is an 8x800m relay race for secondary school students set to begin promptly after the Bambinilauf at noon. A shorter but equally intense 8x400m relay follows, designed specifically for primary schools, starting shortly before 1 PM. The main event of the day unfolds with a 6-kilometer youth and open category race along with a walking competition that starts simultaneously at 1:45 PM. The grand finale is an exhilarating 12-kilometer course through scenic Bad Laasphe, which also commences at 1:45 PM. All events take place on the Sportplatz in Gennerbach 42-44, providing runners with a picturesque setting and easy access to changing facilities and showers. Entry fees are €10 for adults, €7 for youth participants, €3 for school-aged children, while those under eight years old compete free of charge. Registration closes on August 27 at midnight; however, day-of registrations remain possible up until one hour before each event’s start with a nominal fee of €3. Race results and certificates can be accessed online by all competitors who place in the top three or wish to receive their digital accolades.
