Experience the 5km race at Amiens-métropole's Parc de la Hotoie, set to take place on Avenue Salvador Allende parking lot, as part of the semi-finals for France’s national championships and the regional Hauts-de-France championships. This event offers runners a chance to qualify for the French National Championships across all categories based on their performance in this race.
The 5km course is certified by FFA at Silver level while the mile run (1609,34m) will be new addition and certified Bronze by FFA. The race features multiple start times tailored to different performance levels:
- 9:15 AM: For runners taking more than 27 minutes
- 10:00 AM: Between 21 and 27 minutes
- 10:45 AM: Between 17 and 21 minutes
- 11:30 AM: Under 17 minutes
The mile race begins at noon, providing an additional challenge for those looking to extend their racing day. The event also includes a range of amenities such as changing rooms and showers available in the nearby gymnasium located on Avenue du Bassin.
Bib collection will be held at the same venue until 15 minutes before each start time. This race promises not only competitive spirit but also an opportunity to explore the scenic Parc de la Hotoie, making it a memorable event for both local and visiting runners alike.
