6ª CORRIDA BOMBEIROS VOLUNTÁRIOS JOINVILLE

On November 15, 2026, the Corpo de Bombeiros Voluntários de Joinville hosts its annual race in the heart of the city. The event features distances of 5 km and 9 km for adults, along with a family-friendly kids' run on Saturday preceding the main day. Participants gather at Rua Jaguaruna, 13 – Centro, where they are treated to scenic urban routes that weave through historic streets like Pedro Lobo and Dr. Albano Schulz.
The race kicks off early in the morning for adults at 6:00 AM, with awards presented promptly at 7:45 AM after the finish line celebrations. The course is designed not only as a test of endurance but also to showcase Joinville's vibrant downtown area, complete with hydration stations along the way and post-race refreshments.
For those looking for a less competitive option, there’s also an untimed walk that offers participants a leisurely stroll through the city center without the pressure of race timing. The event is organized by the Bombeiros Voluntários de Joinville, founded in 1892 as a public and philanthropic institution dedicated to community service.
Registration for this year's edition includes various categories like the general adult races and a special category for active firefighters, each offering unique kits that vary in cost based on early or late sign-ups. The event promises an engaging atmosphere with family activities and live entertainment, making it a memorable day out for runners of all ages and abilities.
Join the community at this historic venue to support local charities while enjoying one of Joinville's most cherished traditions.
