6th Thermaikos Run 2026

On Saturday, September 19, 2026, the Municipality of Thermaikos will host its fifth annual "Thermaikos Run," an exciting road race that promises to showcase the scenic beauty and charm of Perea. This year's event features two distinct courses: a competitive route spanning 14 kilometers and a leisurely walking path measuring 2.1 kilometers, both winding through picturesque landscapes within Thermaikos.
Participants are encouraged to collect their athlete numbers and electronic timing chips at KAPPA 2000 facilities on Friday, September 19, from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm. For those unable to make it during this time, the Secretariat will be available starting an hour before the race begins at Eleftherias Square in Perea.
The technical briefing for all runners is scheduled one week prior and again just fifteen minutes before the start of the race on September 19th, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the route and safety protocols. The event kicks off promptly at 08:30 am with an anticipated finish time around 11:15 am.
As runners make their way from Perea to Agia Triada, they will enjoy stunning views and experience the warm hospitality that Thermaikos is known for.
