In 2027, Melbourne will celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Pride Run on Valentine's Day, Sunday, February 14. This milestone year promises to be an unforgettable experience for runners and walkers alike as they join forces with the vibrant community at Melbourne Frontrunners. To accommodate growing participation numbers, bib collection is now available in advance through four pre-event sessions held around Melbourne: - Tuesday, February 9th, at Princess Park Fitness Station - Wednesday, February 10th, near The Pillars of Wisdom on The Tan - Thursday, February 11th, at Footscray Wharf - Saturday, February 13th (the day before the run), again at The Pillars of Wisdom Participants can also collect their bibs on race morning. Bag drop will be provided to ensure runners have a worry-free experience. The route features several water stations along key points such as The Pillars of Wisdom and Pride Run Village, ensuring hydration is never far away during your journey. Additional water bubblers are situated throughout the scenic stretches of The Tan for added convenience. Accessibility remains a top priority at this event. Those using wheelchairs or requiring assistance to participate should contact organizers in advance so that all necessary accommodations can be made.
