Since its inception in 2013, A Sundae In July has grown into more than just a run or walk; it's an annual tradition where the entire Bloomingdale community comes together. Over the years, thousands of participants have crossed the finish line, raising funds and awareness for the Children’s Dyslexia Center of Metropolitan Chicago. The course itself includes a mix of paved paths and sidewalks that provide a hard and dry surface underfoot throughout much of its length.
