#### Morning Sessions
- Javelin Throw (U18-Senior)
- Start Time: 11:00 AM
- 300m Hurdles (U16 Boys & Girls) and 400m Hurdles (U18-Senior)
- Start Time: 11:45 AM
#### Midday Sessions
- Long Jump
- U16 Boys & Girls – 12:00 PM
- U12-U14 Boys – 12:00 PM
- Frame Runner and Wheelchair categories will follow the Long Jump events.
- 100m Sprint (U12-Senior)
- Start Time: 12:15 PM
#### Afternoon Sessions
- 800m Run (U18-Senior)
- Start Time: 1:00 PM
- Additional Long Jump events for U18-Senior, U12-U14 Girls, Frame Runner and Wheelchair categories.
- 1200m Race (U12-U14 Boys & Girls)
- Start Time: 1:25 PM
- 1500m Run (U16 Girls & Boys)
- Start Time: 1:40 PM
#### Late Afternoon Sessions
- A brief break for officials to prepare.
- Shot Put (U18-Senior and U16 Girls & Boys)

- 200m Sprint (U12-Senior)
- Start Time: 2:25 PM
- Frame Runner and Wheelchair categories will follow the sprint events.
- 5000m Run (U20-Senior)
- Start Time: 3:10 PM
- Discus Throw (U18-Senior)
- Start Time: 3:00 PM
- Wheelchair category for U20 athletes will follow the discus throw.
### Important Notes
Event Declaration Cutoff: Declarations must be made at least 30 minutes before each event's start time.
Heat Order: All heats are run from fastest to slowest times, ensuring competitive and fair races.
Championship Inclusions: The Open 100m and Long Jump events (rounds 1-4) qualify for the AAAC Masters Championship.
### Event Format
The event features both individual and mixed-gender categories unless specified otherwise. U12-U16 athletes are limited to a maximum of three entries each, ensuring fair competition across all age groups.
Athletes participating in field events will have six trials if they are members of the AAAC or four trials for non-members.
