The 2026 ABQ Foothills 10 Mile Trail Run invites runners to explore the rugged beauty of Albuquerque on November 8, 2026. Starting at around 6,500 feet in elevation, participants will navigate single-track trails that wind through Elena Gallegos Open Space and Cibola National Forest. The ever-changing landscape offers runners stunning vistas, crisp mountain air, and the chance to witness Albuquerque's skyline from a vantage point unlike any other.
Race day amenities are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Runners will receive high-quality long-sleeve technical shirts upon registration. A large heated staging area ensures that participants stay warm as they prepare for their run on what is expected to be a cool autumn morning. Free shuttle service connects runners between two conveniently located parking areas, making the event easily accessible.
