Aggieland Against ALS 5K Fun Run Returns for 2026 The Aggieland Against ALS 2026 Challenge invites runners and supporters to come together on September 26, 2026, at Aggie Park. This event combines a spirited run with the goal of raising funds and awareness for those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Participants will join forces in support of people living with ALS who strive daily to "Fight and Live!" The race starts promptly at 8:30 AM, following check-in from 7:45 AM. Runners can choose between early bird registration until August 28th for $30, regular registration from August 29th through September 11th for $35, or late registration from September 12th to the day of the race at $45. All participants will receive a custom runners' T-shirt and a finisher medal upon completion. Additionally, there's a certificate of achievement waiting for every runner who crosses the finish line. The event also features awards for top male and female overall winners as well as first-place age group winners in categories 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Packet pickup will be held at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center Main Lobby on Joe Routt Blvd. in College Station from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for those unable to attend race day check-in. Join us as we celebrate unity and determination, making a significant impact through our collective efforts against ALS. Participants are encouraged to come early to enjoy the pre-race atmosphere at Aggie Park before setting off on this meaningful journey. The event promises not only physical challenge but also an opportunity for community engagement and support.
