Angels 10k

On Sunday, September 13th, 2026, Angels Running Club invites you to experience the scenic beauty and challenging terrain of their undulating 10k race through the Severn Vale. This picturesque course offers breathtaking views of both the Cotswold and Malvern hills as runners navigate a mix of rolling landscapes and flat stretches.
The event kicks off at Woodpeckers Cricket Club in Ashleworth, Gloucestershire (GL19 4JS), where participants will find all necessary facilities including water stations, toilets, and refreshments. Free parking is available on the cricket ground; however, due to potential wet conditions limiting space, car sharing is encouraged.
Race timing for this event is provided by Lush Race Timing via chip technology, ensuring accurate results for all competitors. Every finisher will receive a commemorative medal or wildflower seeds as recognition of their achievement.
Entry fees are £18.00 for UKA-affiliated runners and £20.00 for non-affiliated participants; both prices are non-refundable. Online registration is required, with the deadline set at midnight on September 6th. The race has a cap limit of 225 entrants.
Due to terrain challenges and poor road conditions in certain areas, this event does not accommodate wheelchair entries or runners using buggies or dogs. Race numbers can only be transferred between participants upon prior approval from the organizers by September 6th at midnight; contact Wendy Sutton via angelsrunningclub@outlook.com for any necessary changes.
Race day begins with number collection starting at 08:30am, allowing ample time before the race starts promptly at 10am. Runners caught running under another person's name will face disqualification from the competition.
In addition to overall male and female podium spots, trophies are awarded in age categories ranging from V35 to V75 for both genders. Participants should be mindful of any guidance issued on race day while respecting fellow competitors throughout the event.
