About the Event

A paved river greenway. Minor elevation changes. Five water stations on the 10k course (Gatorade at some). The Bishops Events edition of the Appomattox River Greenway 5k & 10k returns to Colonial Heights, Virginia, on Sunday, June 14, 2026. 10k starts at 7:45 AM. 5k starts at 8:00 AM. Benefits Birdie's Flight — funding research for an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) treatment for KDM5C mutation.
