AQUABIKE 205

On October 10, 2026, the AQUABIKE 205 takes place at Parque das Águas near Ponte das Garças in Brasília. This challenging race features a grueling distance of 5 kilometers for swimming followed by an intense 200-kilometer cycling course through the city's open roads.
Participants will need to bring their own support staff who can assist with safety, hydration, and nutrition along the route since water stations are not provided. Cyclists must wear helmets adorned with race stickers as they pedal past iconic landmarks of Brasília, while swimmers don wetsuits for a safe swim in designated waters near Parque das Águas.
The event provides each competitor with essential gear including a kayak for the swimming leg and reflective bike stickers to enhance visibility on the road. Athletes will receive two race jerseys—one for themselves and another for their support staff—as well as medals upon completion of the course.
Registration includes comprehensive medical coverage, ensuring peace of mind throughout this demanding challenge. On October 9th, athletes can pick up their kits at a designated location in Brasília. Race day begins early with transition area opening at 5:00 AM and cyclists taking off promptly at 6:00 AM for an unforgettable ride through the vibrant streets of Brazil's capital city.
This event is not just a race but also a celebration of endurance, teamwork, and scenic beauty as competitors navigate this unique blend of aquatic and cycling disciplines.
