ARAVAIPAs OC Trail Runners Group Run

Experience the great outdoors and camaraderie of like-minded trail runners at El Moro and Laguna Coast Wilderness Park near Newport Beach. Join Melanie, Race Director for Aravaipa's California and OC Trail Runner, for an exhilarating group run that promises a mix of adventure and fun.
This free event is designed to foster social connections among participants while enjoying the scenic trails in Coastal Peak Park. Meet at 6:30 AM sharp on Saturday, September 12th, outside the restrooms located at 20403 East Coastal Peak Road (near Ridge Park Road). Please note that parking can become scarce after this time.
The route for the day will cover approximately 6.5 miles and feature around 1,165 feet of elevation gain, presenting a challenging yet rewarding experience with steep ascents and rocky descents. While the exact path may vary due to occasional park closures or trail maintenance, participants can expect an engaging course that showcases the natural beauty of Newport Coast.
After your run, stick around for some complimentary snacks and join in on the excitement as we draw names for a special prize raffle. Remember to bring plenty of water and energy-boosting snacks to keep you fueled throughout the event.
