ASCENSION DU KILIMANDJARO

In the spirit of adventure and exploration, Cap’Orn Organisation invites you to embark on an extraordinary journey up Mount Kilimanjaro in 2026. Following the success of their inaugural expedition last year, they are excited to offer this thrilling experience once more, with a limited group of just thirty participants.
Mount Kilimanjaro stands as Africa’s highest peak at 5,895 meters above sea level, presenting an awe-inspiring challenge that is both physically and mentally rewarding. The ascent will take place over six days from October 15 to October 20, 2026, along a carefully selected route designed for those with a passion for adventure rather than casual hiking.
The itinerary includes two nights at the Springlands Hotel in full board (excluding drinks) before and after the climb. Participants will enjoy guided tours led by certified park rangers and supported by local porters who carry essential gear during the ascent, allowing climbers to focus on their journey without undue physical strain.
Accommodation throughout the trek is provided under tents for two people, ensuring comfort amidst breathtaking scenery. All meals are catered for from the start of your climb until its conclusion, with transportation arranged between the hotel and the mountain’s base camp.
The package costs 1,800 euros per person and covers all necessary permits, park fees, guides, porters, and local taxes (including a 18% VAT). However, it does not include international flights, tips for staff members, Tanzanian visas, travel insurance, or personal climbing equipment such as clothing, sleeping bags, and footwear.
For those traveling with companions who wish to explore the region independently of the climb, Cap’Orn Organisation can arrange additional activities like safaris through their local partners.
Payments are structured into three installments: an initial deposit of 600 euros upon registration via Chrono Start’s platform (https://chrono-start.com/inscriptions-listing/) followed by two further payments on March 31 and June 30, each also amounting to 600 euros. These can be settled using vacation cheques if preferred.
