Ashley Ouellette Memorial 5K & 2 Mile Walk
Join the community on Saturday, April 17, 2027, for an inspiring run or walk dedicated to Ashley Ouellette. This moving event takes place at Blue Point Primary School in Scarborough and honors a young life cut tragically short when Ashley was just fifteen years old.
Participants will gather early at 8:00 AM for race day registration before the start of the 5K run and 2-mile walk, which kicks off promptly at 9:00 AM. The course winds through scenic Pine Point Road in Scarborough, offering runners a chance to reflect on Ashley's memory while enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
The event includes awards for overall male and female winners as well as first place finishers within various age groups (ages 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80-99). All proceeds from the race will be donated to POMC.org (Parents of Murdered Children), an organization dedicated to supporting families affected by violent crimes.
