Astro fit challenge

Astro Fit Challenge at Aylsham Sports Hub invites fitness enthusiasts of all ages to test their limits on Saturday, October 3rd. The challenge unfolds from 8:30 am onwards and takes place on the hub's spacious high-grip 3G pitch.
Participants will navigate through five distinct activity zones, each filled with three exercise stations designed to push your strength, endurance, and cardio fitness. Each zone begins with a sprint of 220 meters before participants engage in functional exercises such as Farmer Carry, Plate Burpees, and Box Step Overs. Points are earned for completing these activities within the allotted time.
The event is structured into waves lasting one hour twenty minutes each, allowing competitors to pace themselves through the challenge while enjoying the high-energy atmosphere. A 5-minute break separates every zone, providing a brief respite before diving back into action.
This inclusive event caters to adults aged sixteen and above as well as young participants from eleven to sixteen years old. Weight adjustments are made according to gender and age group to ensure fairness across all categories.
Entry fees range from £30 for single entries up to £50 for doubles, with a discounted rate of £25 available for youth competitors (ages 11-16). Aylsham Sports Hub members receive an additional discount of £5 per entrant upon presenting the special code sent via email or obtained at reception.
A large car park adjacent to the pitch ensures convenient parking options. Refreshments are also readily available from a nearby coffee cart, offering participants and spectators alike a chance to refuel during breaks.
