Astro fit challenge

Immerse yourself in the high-energy atmosphere of the Astro Fit Challenge, taking place on August 8th at Aylsham Sports Hub. This brand-new outdoor fitness challenge is designed to test your strength, endurance, and cardio capabilities across a series of functional zones.
The event kicks off with an exhilarating 220m run before participants dive into each activity zone. Each station features unique challenges such as the Farmer Carry, Plate Burpees, and Box Step Overs, requiring both skill and determination. The challenge is tailored to accommodate all ages and fitness levels, making it suitable for adults aged 16+ and youth between 11-16.
Participants will rotate through five activity zones, each lasting 11 minutes (with adjusted timings for younger competitors). After completing the run at the start of each zone, you'll have time to earn points by conquering a variety of exercises. A brief rest break is provided in between zones, allowing participants to catch their breath and strategize.
The Astro Fit Challenge promises an inclusive community vibe with friendly encouragement from fellow athletes and staff members alike. Whether you're looking for a new fitness challenge or simply want to push your limits, this event offers the perfect blend of competition and camaraderie.
Entry fees are as follows: £30 for single participants, £50 for doubles, and £25 for youth aged 11-16 years old. Aylsham Sports Hub members receive a discount of £5 per entrant; use the code sent via email or obtain it at reception to claim your savings.
To secure your spot in one of the event waves (each lasting an hour and twenty minutes), book through Total Race Timing. Ample parking is available right next to the 3G pitch, making transportation a breeze for all attendees.
