Lanzarote provides a stunning backdrop with its mild November climate—temperatures ranging from 22°C to 28°C—and seven hours of daily sunshine. The week includes a well-balanced mix of training activities and relaxation, ensuring you stay energized and motivated throughout the camp.
Swimming: Enjoy coached sessions in the resort’s 50m pool, focusing on technique improvement and fitness enhancement. An open-water session is also included to boost your confidence in natural settings.
Cycling: Group rides on smooth tarmac roads offer scenic routes along Lanzarote's dramatic coastline and through its unique lava fields. Routes are tailored for various skill levels, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably.
Running: Coastal promenade runs provide breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean while steady runs and interval sessions help refine your running technique under expert guidance.

Participants are responsible for bringing their own bikes or renting locally, with additional travel arrangements required separately from the package price. Flight bookings should be made independently to arrive by Monday, November 16th.
