Autumn Open Water Swim: Dock 9 (5/9)

About the Event

Immerse yourself in the crisp autumn air at Dock 9, located on Salford Quays. This open water swimming series offers a serene setting for both seasoned swimmers and beginners to enjoy the cool waters of Manchester.
Join fellow enthusiasts every Saturday from September onwards between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. For those with more flexible schedules, Wednesday sessions are available during May through August from 5:00 PM until 7:30 PM. Each session provides a perfect blend of exercise and relaxation amidst the picturesque backdrop of Salford Quays.
Pre-register for your spot to secure your entry at a discounted rate if you're part of Bronze or Squid membership categories, or simply book ahead as an adult or junior non-member to ensure availability. While same-day entries are welcome, they come with a higher "On The Day" fee.
Safety is paramount during these open water swims. Don't forget to bring your own tow-float for visibility and safety in the water; alternatively, you can hire one at Dock 9 if needed. Last entry times vary but ensure you arrive before the session concludes by fifteen minutes to get settled comfortably.
