About the Event

Experience the thrill of off-road racing with the Ballarat Triathlon Club's 2025/26 duathlon series at Creswick State Forest. This challenging course features two trail runs and an exhilarating bike ride, designed to test your endurance and versatility.
The event kicks off with a scenic 3.75km run through the lush trails of Creswick State Forest, offering runners breathtaking views and varied terrain that winds around dense forest areas and open meadows. Participants then transition into their bikes for a dynamic 12.5km ride suitable for both gravel and mountain bikes. The cycling leg provides an opportunity to explore the diverse landscapes within the state forest, including rolling hills and technical sections.
After conquering the bike portion, athletes will return to their running shoes for the final 1.75km trail run back through parts of the initial route, bringing a sense of familiarity while still presenting fresh challenges along new paths.
To ensure a smooth race day experience, all participants must register by 8pm on the Friday preceding the event; unfortunately, we do not accept entries on-site.
