Starting 7:00 AM on Sunday, November 15 at Dufu River Pavilion, Changsha, Hunan, this race sends its marathon distance to a finish at the south plaza of Helong Stadium and its half marathon to Fisherman's Wharf, with 35,000 runners split between a marathon (42.195km, 18,000 spots) and half marathon (21.0975km, 17,000 spots). Pre-registration runs August 4 10:00 - August 11 17:00, with lottery results announced August 25 and payment due by August 31.
Changsha, Hunan's capital, is a trendy, food-loving city known for Yuelu Mountain's scenery and the Xiang River.
Entry fees: marathon 200rmb, half marathon 180rmb.
