About the Event

Immerse yourself in the exhilarating world of sabre fencing at the Battle of the Blades #2, hosted by the Sydney Academy of Fencing. This two-day camp takes place on September 28th and 29th, offering a unique opportunity for young fencers to refine their skills or take up this dynamic sport.
Designed specifically for individuals aged 8 to 17 years old, the event caters to various experience levels:
- Sydney Academy of Fencing (SAF) Fencers: Existing members can deepen their understanding and enhance their techniques.

- Complete Beginners: Those with little or no fencing background are welcome. The camp provides a fantastic introduction to this fast-paced sport.
- Non-SAF Fencers: Participants from other fencing clubs will find an enriching environment where they can connect, compete, and learn alongside peers.
Each day is packed with engaging activities that focus on honing precision, agility, and strategic thinking essential for mastering the sabre. The Sydney Academy of Fencing ensures a supportive atmosphere where every participant feels challenged yet encouraged to reach new heights in their fencing journey.
