Beantown Marathon 2026 - Waitlist

The 2026 Beantown Marathon has once again reached full capacity, with all available spots snapped up months ahead of race day. For those eager to join but currently unable to secure an entry through the official registration process, a waitlist option is now open for interested runners.
If any registered participants decide they cannot make it on race day and notify our team, we will then contact the next person on the waitlist via email with a unique link to complete their registration within 48 hours. Should this individual fail to act in that timeframe, the opportunity moves down the list until someone accepts it.
We kindly ask all runners to understand that exceptions cannot be made for those who miss out due to personal circumstances or delays in communication. Refunds are not available except under specific conditions where event insurance was purchased; in such cases, participants must reach out directly to their insurer as detailed in their confirmation email from the provider.
Additionally, bib transfers between individuals are strictly prohibited to ensure fairness and prevent any form of resale or unfair advantage over those waiting for a chance to run. Your cooperation is appreciated as we strive to maintain an equitable system that honors all runners’ efforts and dedication.
