Belleville Thanksgiving 5K Run

The 16th Annual Belleville Thanksgiving 5K Run and Kids Turkey Chase is set for November 26, 2026, in the heart of Downtown Belleville, Illinois. Participants will gather at the Square to take part in this festive event that supports the Belleville High School Hockey Club.
Race Day Registration and packet pickup begin at 7:00 am, with the race starting promptly at 8:00 am. Early packet pick-up is also available on Saturday, November 21, from 11:00 AM to 4 PM at Toolen's Running Start in Shiloh.
Entry fees are $30 per registration until October 25th, which includes a guaranteed shirt. After this date and up until race day, the fee increases to $35 but does not guarantee a shirt. For the Kids Turkey Chase, entry is $15 if registered by October 25th with a guaranteed shirt; after that date, it remains at $15 without a shirt guarantee.
The event promises an exciting morning in Downtown Belleville, featuring scenic routes through historic neighborhoods and lively streets. Runners will experience the charm of this Illinois city while contributing to a great cause.

Participants should note that there are no refunds in case they cannot complete the race and that the event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. If state mandates necessitate a virtual format instead of an in-person run, refunds will not be issued either.
