About the Event

Embrace the serene beauty of Bewl Reservoir on January 10th, as you lace up your running shoes for this invigorating New Year's race. With crisp winter air and breathtaking views, runners will have the opportunity to explore two stunning routes winding through the picturesque landscape.
Starting at 10:00 AM, participants can choose between a challenging 10k course or a more leisurely 5k route, both offering undulating terrain that winds around Bewl Water. The Junior Run offers a fun and safe environment for young runners to enjoy the outdoors while building endurance skills in an encouraging atmosphere.
The race is organized by Nice Work Racing, known for their enthusiastic marshals who cheer on every runner along the way. As you navigate through the trails, take time to admire the reservoir's serene waters and lush surroundings that provide a perfect backdrop for this energizing event.
In addition to the scenic beauty, runners will receive custom-designed medals upon completion of the race. Free photographs capture memorable moments from your run, while trophies and prizes are awarded to top finishers in various categories.
On-the-day entry fees vary by distance: £30 for 10k participants, £25 for those tackling the 5k route, and just £7 for the Junior Run entrants. Detailed information about race day logistics will be sent out prior to the event date.
