Beyond the Bike - 25th Anniversary Ride

Experience Beyond the Bike 2026, an epic 3-day cycling adventure set from Thursday, September 10th through Saturday, September 12th. This 250-mile journey commences at Ground Zero in New York City and concludes in Needham, Massachusetts.
Upon registration for the Founders Ride, cyclists receive a complimentary official Beyond the Bike cycling jersey to mark their participation. Accommodations are arranged with hotel stays from Thursday night through Saturday evening in Needham, ensuring you have a comfortable place to rest after each day's ride. Meals throughout the event—breakfasts, lunches, and dinners—are included, providing sustenance for your journey.
Bike support is available every step of the way, offering assistance when needed without adding extra strain on participants. The route will traverse diverse terrains, from bustling city streets to serene countryside roads, creating a varied and engaging experience that challenges both seasoned riders and newcomers alike.
Before the ride begins:
- On Tuesday, September 8th in Needham: A mandatory rider meeting for jersey pick-up and an option to drop off your bike for transport to NYC.
- For those unable to make it on September 8th, a pre-ride gathering will be held in NYC at a time and location yet to be determined.
The adventure kicks off early Thursday morning with breakfast outside the Club Quarters World Trade Center. Cyclists then gather as a group before setting out for an exhilarating ride through North Pool and beyond. The journey continues over two more days, winding its way across New England's landscapes until Saturday evening when festivities celebrate your arrival in Boston.
