Nestled among rolling hills and vibrant forests bursting with fall foliage, this scenic race offers a challenging yet rewarding course that winds through quaint countryside roads and historic orchards.
The event starts at dawn in the heart of downtown Maplewood, where participants are greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked pies wafting from local bakeries. The route ascends gradually through a series of gentle hills before descending into serene valleys lined with apple orchards.
Midway through the race, competitors will enjoy a refreshing pit stop where volunteers serve hot cider and energy snacks to fuel them for the remaining miles. As runners approach the finish line near Maplewood's town square, they'll be treated to live music and festive cheers from spectators lining the streets.
